This sterilizer cabinet can hold approximately (12) knives and (1) sharpening steel in the non-UV filter holders. The cabinet also has two (2) larger slots to accommodating cleavers. It can deliver up to 99% effective results in as little as 3 minutes. During the sterilization process, UV-filtered plexiglass door is properly sealed using the safety interlock. The door has a lock and key handle. There is an LED light indicator to inform the user when the door is closed, and sterilization process is in progress.
