This highly functional sectionizer makes it easy to cut products like oranges, onions, lemons, and tomatoes into 8 wedges. It is mostly used with the food items that do not have pits. The user has to fit the entire product inside and push down plunger to obtain perfect cuts. The sectionizer allows the kitchen staff to enhance the presentation of their dishes with uniform cuts and saves time while cutting food by hand.
