This later Roman Empire tunic is crafted from sturdy cotton which is lavishly embellished with the geometric patterns popular to the era. Historically, great time and attention was spent embroidering these eye fetching patterns of contrasting color onto plain tunics and it was not uncommon for quality embroidery to be cut out from an older tunic and sewn onto a new one. Available in Medium and Large – these tunics are intended to be large and loose fitting as befits the style of the time.
