Integra BallastRack IR-30 Racking System (Single Frame) The IntegraRack IR-30 BallastRack™ (Single Frame) is a lightweight, fast-install ground-mount racking system engineered for rapid deployment and broad module compatibility. Constructed from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, the IR-30 provides a fixed 30° tilt optimized for year-round solar production and is engineered to accept multiple ballast options (sand, water, concrete, or earth fill) so you can avoid concrete footings or driven posts. The modular “U”-shaped frames assemble in minutes and support large and jumbo modules while meeting UL-2703 bonding and mechanical requirements — making the IR-30 ideal for commercial, residential and remote installations that demand low labor cost and quick installation.
