Bowl jog function of this Dough Mixer helps the user empty food content and use the bowl to prepare the next batch. For handling heavy and large batches, a reinforced dough hook is attached to the mixer. The dough hook uses a two-speed 2 HP / 4 HP motor that rotates the hook at 104 or 208 rpm. It comes with both automatic and manual control system for complete control over the mixing task.
