The model has (2) seal bars that help increase production speed. This packaging machine has a spacious 7" high chamber with a domed lid that allows users to package larger items. It is ideal for use in supermarkets, sous vide cooking, labs, restaurants, and medium processors. The unit runs on a powerful 1.5 HP oil pump. An easy-to-use digital control panel with indicator read-out is provided for easy monitoring. The stainless steel body makes cleaning the unit a breeze. The (2) 17.25" removable seal bars have double seal wire on them.
