I am quite impressed with this product – much more than I expected. It serves excellently as a rooting base in light soil mix, eliminating the hassle of dealing with water cuttings. Additionally, it enhances the appearance of potted tropical or succulent plants, providing the right balance of moisture and aeration at the base/crown. I will certainly be purchasing a second bag to experiment with using it as a substitute for the gravel layer at the bottom of small pots for compatible plants….
