Lord of Battles – Blackened Steel Buckler – 14 Gauge

This buckler is crafted from robust 14 gauge riveted steel construction with a blackened finish. The central bar grip is fitted between two halves of wood for a grip. Though a buckler may appear diminutive and ineffectual, nothing could be farther from the truth; a skilled wielder knows that the buckler is used differently than a larger, more standard shield. Held away at arms length it denies entire avenues of attack to the opponent, and is swift enough to be a secondary weapon in itself. A true duelists shield (and weapon!).
