The Lawnflite Pro 553HRS is a rear roller lawn mower with a 21″/53cm cut and a 5.5hp Honda engine. Built to professional specification, with shaft driven gear boxes, heavy duty alloy decks and strong handles, the Lawnflite Pro 553HRS is designed to produce that fine lawn. This machine is fitted with a blade, break, clutch system (BBC) which means you only engage the blades when you require them to work. This popular function allows the machine to carry on running when you want to empty the grassbox as the BBC is disengaged once you take your hands off the relevant lever. This means no need to restart the machine causing less wear and tear on the starter mechanism plus the self propelled drive can be engaged so if you have to manoeuvre the machine from the garage to lawn, this can be done without the stress of you having to push it. 3 in 1 Cutting System (Optional) – Collect in the generous 75l bag, or use the optional mulching kit to finely chop the cuttings and redistribute back onto the the lawn. A deflector is also an optional extra allowing for rear discharge. The 75l collection bag is made of fabric which makes for improved airflow which ensures the collection system is as efficient as possible, even in damp conditions. The deck is made of high quality alloy, which because it is rust proof obviously adds to the long life of the machine. The all steel rear roller will give the garden the much sought after ‘Traditional British Stripe’.
