Depending on your size, you can easily adjust it to the right height. The saddle can also be adjusted horizontally, allowing you to determine the right distance from the handlebars. You can also adjust the height of the handlebars yourself. You do this using the rotary knob under the handlebars. The added benefit of the handlebars is that they have built-in heart rate sensors and quick-release buttons. The exercise bike is equipped with a 10 kg flywheel, allowing you to considerably increase resistance without compromising stability. In all, you can choose from 16 different resistance levels. In terms of programs, you can choose from 24 options. These include user programs, heart rate-based programs and a wattage program. Heart rate-based programs work, as the name suggests, according to your heart rate. You measure this using the contact sensors in the handlebars or a Bluetooth chest belt. More training options thanks to Bluetooth The DHT2000i’s Bluetooth receiver gives you even more training options. Thanks to this receiver, you can connect the fitness device to your favorite training applications, such as Iconsole and Kinomap. With these applications, you can follow realistic routes on the screen of your tablet or smartphone. You place it in the tablet holder, so that everything is at eye level. You can also charge your smartphone or tablet during your workout, thanks to the USB port on the display. User-friendly display If you’re not using a tablet or smartphone, you have a view on the exercise bike’s user-friendly LCD screen. The clear display shows the following results during your workout: time, speed, RPM, distance, watts, calories and heart rate. Simply navigate to the different displays, programs and resistance levels using the Smart Wheel. The screen can also be manipulated using the quick-release keys on the handlebars.
