This Viking Shield is hand-painted with Norse Wolves; it is crafted with a core of Poplar wood which is tightly overlaid in a linen binding. The rounded horizontal grip is wood and the shield boss is steel. Please Note: This item is handcrafted and handpainted, the hue of its colors and exact design can vary. The shield boss ships unmounted, so assembly is required. Mounting hardware is included.
