Easily bake a classical cake brownie with this FunCakes Mix for Cake Brownies. Add butter, eggs and water and enjoy the rich chocolate flavour shortly after. Craving that extra bite? Add chopped nuts, raisins or the FunCakes Chocolate Chunks or Drops. Or go for a chocolate glaze on top! Perfect for the chocolate lovers! This cake mix is also suitable for baking a chocolate cake or chocolate muffins. Only add butter, egg and water. Content: 500 gram. Preparation: All ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Put the mixture, eggs, butter and water in a bowl and mix on low speed for 3 minutes to a thick batter. Add a filling (such as nuts, raisins and/or bake stable chocolate) if desired. Line a baking pan with buttered parchment paper and fill with batter. Bake the brownies in the preheated oven. After cooling you can apply a chocolate glaze. This mix can also be used to bake chocolate muffins.
