With this FunCakes Mix for Royal Icing you only have to add water to get this really nice firm glaze. You can change the consistency according to your preferences by adding some more water. This makes the Royal Icing perfect for cake decorations as well as glazing cookies. The royal icing hardens completely afterwards and can be coloured in every desirable colour with the FunCakes food colourings. Easily make the perfect royal icing with this mix from FunCakes. Only add water to create a firm glaze. Consistency easily can be adjusted by adding more or less water. Perfect for decorating cakes and glazing cookies. Content: 450 gram. Preparation: Add 55 ml of water per 450 g of sifted Mix for Royal Icing with a stiff consistency. Mix the icing for approx. 7-10 minutes on low speed to a stiff, white icing. The icing is ready when it is bright white, has lost its shine and you can pull peaks that don’t fall back. If using a hand-held mixer be careful that it does not jam! Tip: Add 1 teaspoon of water per 200 g of icing for medium consistency, or 2 teaspoons of water for thin consistency.
