What You’ll Need: 330ml Room Temperature Beer Butter/ Margarine Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 180˚C. Grease a medium size loaf pan and set aside. Empty the pre-mix into a bowl and add a room temperature beer. Mix until dough forms (DO NOT KNEAD) and transfer into your greased pan. Brush with melted butter or margarine. Bake the bread for - 50 min or until its golden brown on top. Remove from pan and serve warm. Recipe Ideas: Add your own special mix of spices and herbs or play around with chopped chives, cream cheese, cooked bacon, ham or a hand full of your Favourite cheese. Serve with butter, a special jam or preserve, cheese, biltong or enjoy it as it is.
