What You’ll Need: 325ml Lukewarm Water 2ml Oil Instructions: Empty the flour mix into a bowl and set aside. Add yeast sachet provided to 325ml lukewarm water. Add water mix to the dry ingredients and knead well until it forms into a dough (you can use knead hook of your electric mixer). Add the oil to the dough mixture and mix it in well. Place dough in an oiled lubricated container (Lubricate the side walls of the container). Rest in a warm place for 20 min (very important). Shape and place dough on a baking sheet and cover it. Place in a warm area and proof for 30 min. Bake for 15 min at 230-240˚C. Let cool on a cooling rack. Enjoy!
