What You’ll Need: 1 Cup of Milk 2 Eggs ¼ Cup of Oil 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence Instructions: Empty and sift chocolate flapjack pre-mix into a bowl. In a separate bowl beat 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 2 cups of milk, 2 eggs and 1.4 cup of oil together. Add the dry ingredients and wet mix together and mix well until batter is runny without lumps. Add the provided chocolate chips to the batter and mix through. Pour batter into a measuring jug to make pouring into a pan easier. Lightly spray pan with cooking spray or add 1-2 tablespoons of oil and add pan to a medium heat. Pour in portions of the desired size of flapjack in pan. Cook until bubbles form. Turn the flapjacks with a spatula to cook on the other side until lightly brown both sides. Repeat steps with remaining batter.
